Cylinder Deactivation Solenoid Bank 2 Control Circuit High

The engine control module has detected a high voltage condition at the bank 2 cylinder deactivation solenoid control circuit. A short to power or open low-side path causes the driver to read above the expected range, disabling deactivation requests on bank 2.
