Turbocharger Turbine Inlet Valve Supply Circuit Low
The supply voltage to the turbocharger turbine inlet valve actuator is below the expected window. Boost control tracks commanded vs. actual manifold pressure; persistent deviation means wastegate, vanes, hose or actuator are not delivering the requested pressure.
