Injector Control Pressure Regulator Circuit / Open

The Injector Control Pressure (ICP) regulator on hydraulically actuated injectors (HEUI diesel) or the high-pressure regulator on common-rail systems cannot be driven. Injection pressure cannot be controlled, engine may not start.
