Turbocharger Inlet Pressure Sensor B Circuit Range or Performance

Same as P2374 but with the signal in plausible range yet not matching the engine model under boost. Boost control tracks commanded vs. actual manifold pressure; persistent deviation means wastegate, vanes, hose or actuator are not delivering the requested pressure.
