Turbocharger Turbine Inlet Valve Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

Position sensor in range but plausibility fails — does not match commanded position. Boost control tracks commanded vs. actual manifold pressure; persistent deviation means wastegate, vanes, hose or actuator are not delivering the requested pressure.
