Turbocharger Turbine Inlet Valve Stuck Closed
Turbine inlet valve mechanically stuck closed — turbine receives no exhaust gas, no boost. Boost control tracks commanded vs. actual manifold pressure; persistent deviation means wastegate, vanes, hose or actuator are not delivering the requested pressure.
