Turbocharger Turbine Inlet Valve Control Circuit High

Turbine inlet valve drive line stuck high — short to B+. Boost control tracks commanded vs. actual manifold pressure; persistent deviation means wastegate, vanes, hose or actuator are not delivering the requested pressure.
