O2 Sensor Signal Circuit Shorted to Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 3)

The O2 sensor signal wire on bank 1 sensor 3 has shorted to the heater wire. This pulls the signal away from a measurement of exhaust composition and produces erratic fuel-trim behaviour.
