Throttle Actuator Control System - Ice Blockage (Bank 1)

The electronic throttle on bank 1 is jammed by ice — typical at very low ambient temperatures with high humidity, after a short trip that did not warm the throttle housing. The strategy attempts a self-clearing motion before setting the code.
