Up and Down Shift Switch to Transmission Range Correlation

The up-shift/down-shift paddle or button input is used in manumatic mode to step through gears, but the inputs only make sense when the gear lever is in Drive or the Manual position. The TCM detects an inconsistency — paddle commands while gear lever is in Park or Neutral.
