Cold Start Diesel Intake Air Flow Control Performance
During cold-start of a diesel engine the ECU controls intake airflow (e.g. anti-shudder valve, swirl flaps) to support smooth ignition. The control loop does not deliver the expected airflow - flap stuck or position offset.
