EGR B Control Position Exceeded Learning Limit

The ECU continuously learns offsets for the EGR A actuator to compensate for soot buildup and ageing. The learned correction has reached its software-side maximum (or minimum) and cannot trim further - the underlying mechanical drift exceeds the design margin.
